I do not know how you do, but March feels excellent to me. Especially since I started working out! It is very important to look good to be able to feel good, powerful and confident. But, without sticking to one’s own words/plans there is not going to be any change. A plan, a schedule, a resolution…
I created a handy March Workout calendar with schedules for workouts; running; yoga ect. I also write down calories consumed, burned fat smoked cigarettes ect. I will stick to it and tell you the result!
Besides, since its March I did my research on the best apps, programs, YouTube videos ect. for me to get back in shape. Which I have already tried out and loved!
