Just made my favorite spinach tart. It’s so delicious, I could crave for more. I always modify the receipt. But this is the version I used this time and it worked quite well.
- cottage cheese and any other cheese you have at home 😉
- 3 eggs
- about 70 gram melted butter
- 200 gram flour
- fresh or frozen spinach
- garlic and onions
- fresh basilic
- cherry tomatoes
- salt, red paprika, muscat nut powder, mint
Tart form: mix the 200 gr flour with 70 gr butter and an egg until its knead together and put it into the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that take it out and make a round form, make some holes in it and put it back into the refrigerator for 45 more min.(or freezer for 15 min). Heat the oven at about 180 C and bake for 8 min. Take it out.
Cut/chop the garlic and onion and fry until golden.
Mix the cheese with salmon, fresh basilic and spinach together, give salt, paprika, muscat nut powder and 3 cut leafs mint and 2 eggs. Cut 4-6 cherry tomatoes and put them on the tart. Put the golden garlic and onions on the tart and the cheese mix. Bake at 170 C for 20 min.
